If you need assistance selecting courses, please contact your advisor via e-mail or the Advisement Office at [email protected] and they will connect you with an advisor.
Students choosing to withdraw from the current semester: It is highly recommended that you speak with your advisor and Financial Aid (if applicable) before withdrawing as it could impact you academically and financially. Once you have reviewed the impact of withdrawing from courses, log into your Self Service account to submit the Enrollment Change Form or drop off the form in person.
Access to your student record can be obtained online through your Self-Service account or through the Enrollment Services or Admissions Office in the Student and Enrollment Services building on the Cumberland campus. These offices maintain student records from the time of application through graduation. Students can login to WebAdvisor/Self-Service to request transcripts, view grades, degree audits, an unofficial transcript, register for classes, and more. If you plan to order enrollment verification or official transcripts kindly note that Rowan College mailings are sent through the United States Postal Service and overnight mail service is not an option.

To order an official Rowan College transcript, please click “Order Transcripts” and follow the directions. Please note: this process will only request the information if you took coursework on the Cumberland Campus. If you completed coursework at the Gloucester campus, you must follow their transcript request process.
