Steps to Enr​oll​​

​​​Apply and Submit Official Documents
​
  • Complete the free online application at RCSJ/Apply.
  • Request that your official high school transcript or high school equivalency and any college transcripts be sent to:
    Cumberland Admissions, 3322 College Drive, Vineland, NJ 08360
    ​or
    Gloucester Admissions,​ 1400 Tanyard Road, Sewell, N​J 08080.​
  • Submit the completed Immunization Record Form to Admissions at 1400 Tanyard Road, Sewell, NJ 08080, or fax it to 856-468-8498 before the semester starts.  
            
​​​Apply for Financial Aid​
  • Complete the free financial aid application at fasfa.gov.
    Use School Code: 006901
  • Complete the NJ State Aid Ap​​plica​tion at hessa.org.​
  • NJ Dreamers and DACA students should complete the NJ Alternative Application.
           
​Satisfy the Placement Test
  • All students are required to take the Accuplacer or provide proof of exemption to determine proper course placement.
  • To schedule your Accuplacer appointment and access test prep materials, visit RCSJ.edu/testing.
            
Register for New Student Orientation
  • After satisfying the placement test requirement, register for the New Student Orientation. After the New Student Orientation, you will meet with an academic advisor who will assist you with course selection for your first semester.
