Lucy McClain, Esq., earned her B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University and her Juris Doctor Degree from Villanova University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is also admitted to practice before the United State Supreme Court. Lucy's legal career was dedicated to the United States Department of Justice and federal criminal prosecution. She served both as an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of New Jersey and as a Trial Attorney for the Antitrust Division in both Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.
Before becoming the Coordinator of the Paralegal Program at RCSJ in 2013 and becoming a full-time professor, Lucy was an adjunct instructor in the Paralegal Program for more than 10 years. She also was an adjunct instructor in the Criminal Justice Programs for Rutgers University and RCSJ.
