On the Gloucester Campus, East College Drive will be closed on Monday, February 26, through the end of May due to road construction.

All traffic must use the other entrances to the College. Employees will be able to access F-lot by driving through E-lot. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause & look forward to a safer traffic pattern once construction is complete. Click HERE for a map.

EOF Holds

Students admitted into the EOF program will see an EOF hold on their account throughout the academic year. The purpose of the hold is to ensure EOF students meet with their assigned EOF Advisor/EOF Counselor, review various institutional requirements, or will be the alert to check in with the EOF department periodically.

Tutoring

The EOF program at both Gloucester and Cumberland recently established an agreement for online tutoring services specifically for our EOF Students!

We are excited for this new initiative to ensure you have additional support going forward. While the college utilizes a similar platform for tutoring, this program is designed for you to hopefully receive faster response times and assistance when needed.

Please follow the below instructions to access 24/7 online tutoring for academic assistance throughout the semester.

Part-Time EOF

After receiving one (1) full-time EOF grant, EOF students may be eligible to receive part-time EOF grant. Part-time EOF grants may be available for students who are enrolled in at least 6 credits and are meeting the institution's academic progress policy.

Students who intend to enroll part-time for a particular semester, must complete a Part-Time EOF Funding Request form under the direction of their assigned EOF Advisor/Counselor. The EOF Part-Time Funding Request form will be reviewed by the EOF Director or EOF Assistant directors to determine if a part-time EOF grant can be applied to a student's account. Review of EOF regulations, program allocation, and institutional guidelines will determine if an EOF student is eligible to receive an EOF part-time grant for a particular semester.

Students who demonstrate a need to pursue part-time enrollment should apply below for the appropriate campus.

Workshops

EOF students are required to complete one (1) mandatory workshop each semester to continue to receive EOF support services. Each semester, the EOF department will inform students of the workshop options offered. Students should check their college-issued email for workshop announcements.

Gloucester Students  - Workshop sign ups will be provided via email at the start of the Fall 2022 semester.

Cumberland Students - Workshop sign ups will be provided on Blackboard at the start of the Fall 2022 semester.

Transfer Out

Students interested in transferring to another New Jersey Institution that participates in the EOF program are encouraged to complete an EOF Transfer Form to assist in your transfer process.

Please keep in mind, this form is for EOF transfer only.

After successful completion of this form, the EOF staff will send an internal document to your desired transfer institution's EOF program reported on your transfer form. Students must apply to the EOF program at your intended transfer institution and follow their admission guidelines. Your transfer institution will make the final decision for acceptance into their EOF program.

Transfer College Waiver

Once you apply to your next institution, you may encounter an application or enrollment fee. Current EOF Students should communicate with their assigned EOF Advisor/Counselor for assistance with application or enrollment fees. The EOF program may provide you with a written statement to assist with a college fee waiver as you transition into your next institution.
