Satisfy the Placement Test Requirements

Test with a pencil

*Most non-Selective Admissions programs are currently test-optional

This means your program might not require Entrance Testing unless you're enrolling in a Selective Admissions program; instead, RCSJ is using a “multiple measures” approach to place you in courses that are appropriate for where you are as a student. So what exactly does that mean for you?

  1. If you have previously taken the PSAT, SAT, ACT or PARCC/NJSLA test, please forward your official scores to the RCSJ-Gloucester Office of Admissions ([email protected]).  Please make sure to include your name, RCSJ A#, date of birth and, if possible, use your RCSJ student email.
  2. You should also send a copy of your preliminary high school transcript for review to the RCSJ-Gloucester Office of Admissions ([email protected]). Include your name, RCSJ A# and date of birth in the email. With these tools, our academic advisers will be able to accurately gauge the types of courses to recommend to you to ensure your academic success.
