This policy was revised to update information on bi-weekly pay period, direct deposit, and payroll deductions.  The AP was revised regarding direct deposit information.

This policy and AP were revised to incorporate general information from policy and AP 7503 Safe Post Emergency Restart which was rescinded.

This policy was revised to clarify that Accuplacer scores and other standardized test scores used for exemption are valid for five years.

8601 Campus Assessment, Response, and Evaluation (CARE) Plan and Team

Background for policy and AP development:

This policy and AP were developed to provide a mechanism for responding to student mental health and basic needs concerns, conduct violations, and threats to safety and ensuring every individual has access to the necessary support services to enhance their overall well-being.

6105 Credit Card

Background for AP revision:

This AP was revised to allow a credit card payment for a vendor that only accepts this means of payment and to clarify credit card payment request process for the Cumberland campus.

6201 Student Payments, Delinquent Accounts, and Refunds

Background for policy and AP revision:

This policy and AP were revised to adjust the refund calculation for when courses are dropped.

7019 Pregnant and Parenting Students and Employees

Background for policy and AP development:

This policy and AP were developed out of Title IX, FMLA, and ADA acts to ensure the protection and equal treatment of pregnant individuals, persons with pregnancy-related conditions, and new parents.
