Planned In-Person Service Interruptions

RCSJ is excited to announce that we are preparing a new student experience for registration. This new system will launch soon, and while we make the transition from our old Portal and Self-Service systems, some areas will experience in-person service interruptions from June 9 through June 20 as employees attend training. Please note that during this time, all course registration services through the online systems are still available.

Setting up RCSJ email on Apple iOS

​​​​​​​1. From your home screen tap the Settings icon. Once in the Settings, tap the blue Mail icon.

2. Tap the Accounts button.

4. Tap the Exchange button.

5. Type in your RCSJ email address and Password. Optionally, you can give your account a name. If you have multiple email accounts on your device, this may be helpful.

a. If you are a Faculty or Staff member, your email address will end with @rcsj.edu

b. If you are a Student, your email address will end with @students.rcsj.edu

6. Tap Next. Typically, this is all the input that is needed. However, your device may add additional fields. Be sure to scroll down to check.

7. If your device prompts you for additional email information, type “mail.rcgc.edu” for Server, “rcgc.college.ad” for the Domain, and type in your RCGC Username. Once complete, tap Next.

8. Select Mail and Calendar to synchronize, items that will synchronize are displayed in Green. Tap Save to finish the setup.

9. Now, in your Mail app, you will be able to access your RCSJ​ Inbox.IMG_0100.PNG
