The Internship Career Connections Program exists because of the partnership between Rowan College of South Jersey and the Business Community. 

What is the Internship Career Connections (ICC) Program?

This distinctive hands-on experiential learning opportunity, offered through the Business Studies Division, enriches the academic component of a student's degree program in the following majors: Accounting, Business Administration: Global Business/Leadership 3+1, Computer Graphic Arts, Digital Marketing, and Human Resource Management.​


The ICC program requires a student to take a course, which includes 15 hours of academic instruction and preparation for a paid work experience of 150 hours on the job with a participating employer.

Selection for participation in the program is a competitive process; students should register for the experience course, IC 211 (Cumberland) or CEP​ 211 (Gloucester) only after they have been selected.

What are the qualifications to apply?

  • ​Willing to commit to 150 internship hours
  • 18+ years old
  • 24+ credits completed​
  • 2.0+ GPA
