​​Rowan College graduates students five times a year, which includes, May, June, August, December, and January.

Students who wish to graduate must complete a graduation application (see forms or Self Service) during the period listed in the Graduation Dates and Deadline Chart:

Diplomas will automatically be mailed. When your diploma is ordered, you will receive an e-mail. We will also mail you a complimentary Official Transcript. 

It is important that you maintain an accurate address on file. Diplomas returned due to a bad address will be required to be picked up. You can check your address in Self Service and submit an Information Change Form if you need to update it.​
