​​​In cooperation with the Rowan College South Jersey Foundation at Gloucester, the College has established the Presidential Start Smart Scholarship, an initiative created to provide qualified first-year students with a $1,000 tuition award. 

The "Presidential Start Smart Scholarship" was designed for students ranked directly under the top 15 percent of their graduating class. It provides qualified first-year students with a $1,000 award when enrolled in a full-time course of study. ​​
