ACT®
The ACT® test is required for two of Rowan College's Allied Health programs: DMS (Diagnostic Medical Sonography) and NMT (Nuclear Medicine Technology).
There are two forms of the ACT® test and both are offered on the Rowan College campus:
- Residual test
- National test.
The Residual ACT® can only be used at Rowan College. The National ACT® score reports may be sent to other colleges and universities.
The Residual test is issued through the RCSJ Testing Center. Test dates can be found in the Selective Admissions Program Packets. Students must sign-up in person at the RCSJ Testing Center. Tests are issued on specific Saturday dates and students must report at 7:30 am. Testing begins promptly at 8 a.m. Students who are late will not be seated.
Please note:
Duplicate copies of Residual scores cannot be obtained from ACT or Rowan College.
The National ACT® also is issued at Rowan College. However, students must schedule their testing date through the ACT® website and pay for the exam online. National test results may be sent to other colleges. Register at www.actstudent.org.
