Privacy Rights of Students and Parents
Gainful Employment
In October 2010, the U.S. Department of Education published final regulations in the Federal Register requiring institutions to report certain information about students enrolled in Title IV eligible educational programs that lead to gainful employment in a recognized occupation (GE programs). Those regulations also provide that institutions must disclose to prospective students certain information about the institutional GE Programs. All
Undergraduate Credit Certificate Programs offered at Rowan College South Jersey are considered GE programs.

Student External Complaint Process
A student may file directly with relevant Accreditation, State, and Federal agencies that investigate discrimination/harassment charges in addition to utilizing internal procedures.
An external complaint must be filed directly with the appropriate agency.
