In January of 2015, the Cultural & Heritage Commission at Rowan College at Gloucester County embarked upon a strategic cultural planning process with non-profit consultant, Nello McDaniel from Arts Action Research in Brooklyn, NY. A planning committee was created to conduct interviews with key individuals as well as community and student focus groups throughout the five-month process. This new agency plan 2016-2019 is designed as a guide to bring together multiple resources and successful prototypes to enrich Gloucester County's communities, Rowan College South Jersey, its businesses, and the daily lives of residents.
