How to Apply?
To apply, please visit the link on the left-hand side of our webpage titled "Apply to EOF." Be sure to select your preferred campus choice.
All students are welcome to apply for EOF! The application is open to both currently enrolled students at RCSJ and new students. NJ Dreamers and transfer students (including EOF transfer and general transfer students) are strongly encouraged to submit an EOF application.
What Happens After I Submit an EOF Application?
After submitting your application to the appropriate EOF campus program, an EOF staff member will contact you via your RCSJ email.
If your information meets EOF state guidelines and institutional regulations, you may receive an Offer of Admission, along with a request to schedule an interview with our department. Once the interview process is completed, students selected for admission into EOF will receive an Official Acceptance Letter. Students who do not meet the institution or state guidelines will receive a denial letter explaining their ineligibility.
Prospective EOF Scholars must ensure the following:
Your institutional financial aid documentation is complete. Check your student portal to ensure all RCSJ financial aid documentation is submitted.
NJ FAMS requirements are met by the established deadlines. Visit NJ FAMS to ensure you complete all requests for the applicable year.
Important Information to Know:
It is crucial for prospective EOF Scholars to monitor their RCSJ email. All updates and next steps in the EOF admissions process will be communicated via this email.
Please note that an Offer of Admission does not guarantee acceptance into the EOF program. This letter will detail the next steps in the admissions process.
Meeting all eligibility requirements does not guarantee acceptance. Students must follow all instructions provided via their RCSJ email. Final acceptance into the EOF program will be determined by the EOF Director and/or Assistant Program Director(s).
EOF Transfer-In Students:
If you previously received EOF at another NJ institution, please request an EOF Transfer Form from that school. The EOF department will scan and email the completed form to the appropriate address below:
