Your eLearning Support team has compiled a knowledge base, filled with articles about the various aspects of eLearning. From basic user tutorials, to known issues, to reported downtime, our Knowledge Base is the best source for almost any kind of eLearning information you need.

Gloucester students can also gain access to the Knowledge Base by clicking logging into the Rowan College Portal, visiting the IT Support page, and on the left side, you can find the My Support module. Here you'll see a link to the Knowledge Base as well. You may need to provide your Rowan College username and password to access all of the eLearning-related articles.
