The EOF Department at both Gloucester and Cumberland will notify students via their RCSJ email of the specific documents required to accompany their application. 

Each file should contain examples of the following based on the information reported on their EOF application and 2020-2021 FAFSA application:

SOURCES OF INCOME FOR 2017 and 2018 of PARENT or STUDENT

• ​2017 and 2018 Tax Return Transcripts

• If income was not reported for 2017 and/or 2018, parent and/or student may be required to submit any of the following: 
• ​​Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• Public Assistance Statement (Welfare, SNAP (formally food stamps) or Housing Assistance, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
• Child Support, Unemployment, Pension, Disability, or Veteran Benefits Statement(s)
• Ward of the Court
• Other documents may be required!
