Rowan College of South Jersey EOF Applicants must demonstrate the following to be considered for the program:
- Must demonstrate proof of an educational or economically disadvantaged background
- Must be a New Jersey resident for 12 consecutive months prior to receiving the award
- Must apply and be admitted to the Rowan College of South Jersey (Gloucester or Cumberland) Campus of choice
- Must intend to enroll as a full-time student and matriculate into a program that will lead to an Associate degree
- Must meet Rowan College of South Jersey's satisfactory academic progress (SAP) policy
- Must file a 2021-2022 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/fafsa
- Gross income and assets must fall within the criteria shown below:
