​​Rowan College graduates students five times a year, which includes, May, June, August, December, and January.

Students who wish to graduate must complete a graduation application (see forms or Self Service) during the period listed in the Graduation Dates and Deadline Chart:

Diplomas will automatically be mailed. When your diploma is ordered, you will receive an e-mail. We will also mail you a complimentary Official Transcript. 

It is important that you maintain an accurate address on file. Diplomas returned due to a bad address will be required to be picked up. You can check your address in Self Service and submit an Information Change Form if you need to update it.

If you need to re-order a diploma, please visit the Forms tab to obtain the Duplicate Diploma Request Form. The cost is $35.

The cost to petition is $65. Regalia can be ordered at no additional cost through the Cumberland bookstore by approved students only. You will receive this information via your student e-mail during the Spring semester.​
